Once your package has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Returns & Exchanges
You can return any item purchased within 14 days from the delivery date. Make sure the product you return is in its original condition, including original tags and packaging. Contact us with your order number and we will send you a return form.
If you wish to exchange your item, you will have to start a return and place a new order.
You will receive a refund in the same payment method used for the purchase within 5 working days. Return cost is paid by client. Duties, taxes and the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Product Care
To preserve the polish of your jewelry, avoid exposure to strong chemicals and store it in its suede pouch when not using it.
Precious metals take on a patina over time. You will certainly appreciate this patina, but if you want to restore its original shine, you can use a polishing cloth with silver/gold cleaner.
